Am I eligible for mobile service?

Lux typically requires the following to complete a mobile service:

• Standard 110v power outlet
• Standard water spout
• A safe spot to work on your vehicle​​​

We’re quite flexible and can complete the job at most locations, whether it’s your driveway or a parking lot. All we need is enough space to park our service vehicle close to yours and fully open your doors. Please ensure permission is granted for us to perform services at your chosen location prior to scheduling.

Lux carries 100ft of water hose & power cord on board. Please notify us if your outlet or water source is farther from the vehicle so we can bring extra equipment.

Lux Mobile Detailing offers free mobile service within the highlighted area on the map, covering Springfield and surrounding areas.

For customers outside this area, we extend our service up to 60 miles with a calculated travel fee. Whether you’re nearby or further out, we’ve got you covered—just check the map or contact us to confirm service availability & cost in your area.

Areas we service for an added fee include Mountain Grove, Ava, Branson, Bolivar, Monett and other nearby locations.

How does mobile service work?

Preparation: Before we arrive, please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle. Remove any 3rd party accessories you would like cleaned under (Seat covers, steering wheel cover, kids’ seats, etc.). You don’t need to be present during the service just make sure the key is left in a secure location and let us know where your power and water is located.

Arrival: You’ll receive a set time or time-window for our arrival. Once we’re there, setup takes about 10 minutes before we begin.

Process: Depending on service type and the vehicle’s condition, detailing can take anywhere from 1 hour to a full day. For exterior details, we use pressure washers and mild chemicals, which may produce some noise and water runoff. Our onboard air compressor & vacuums may produce noise during details as well. 

Completion & Payment: After the job is complete, we’ll handle payment through cash, check, Venmo, Card Reader, or an emailed invoice payable by credit or debit card.
